The roller synchronous coupler ensures uniform, equidistant roller arrangement, eliminating metallic clanging between adjacent rollers. This significantly reduces sharp high-frequency noise intensity, lowering overall sound levels by approximately 3 dB across all speed ranges compared to previous series.

3. Four-Directional High Load Capacity

The QR series linear guide employs a DB (45°-45°) contact system, enabling it to withstand loads in both vertical and horizontal directions.
